Living for others

In general, we spend way too much time living for ourselves and thereby overlooking the power of helping others out. It’s true that we need to look out for ourselves and that we can’t love anyone if we don’t love us, but we shouldn’t get stuck on loving ourselves and never move beyond that. It’s great to feel good about yourself, but it’s ten times as awesome to watch others days (or in some cases, lives) transformed by your efforts.

Any thoughts?
