The Blessing of Tomorrow

Tomorrow is so awesome, because regardless of what happens today, whether you’re productive or not, whether you made out with a gorilla or not (don’t know where that came from either), you can close your eyes and sleep and tomorrow is a brand new day that you start on a clean slate. But that’s only if you want to.

This reminds me of one of my all time favorite movies – Annie (the 1982 version with Aileen Quinn, Albert Finney and Carol Burnett, read more about it here) and my favorite song in the movie is (surprise surprise)  ‘Tomorrow,’ or at least I think that’s what it’s called…
The sun will come out tomorrow
Bet ‘ya bottom dollar that tomorrow there’ll be sun
Just thinking about tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs and the sorrow till there’s none
When I’m stuck with a day that’s gray and lonely
I’ll just stick up my chin and grin and say
oh
The sun will come out tomorrow
So you’ve got to hang on till tomorrow come what may
Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you, tomorrow
You’re always a day away!

Any thoughts?
